You regularly participate in some form of light to moderate exercise, at least 2 to 3 times a week. You’re used to raising your heart rate on a regular basis and performing all sorts of movements like lifting, twisting and stretching. When it comes to the gym, you know what you know and rarely change your routine. You play it safe and stick to the machines and never venture into the free weights area through fear of intimidation.
